Weisbaden Plaques
Steve had a lovely apartment in downtown Wiesbaden. It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, hikes, spas, and everything in between.
While walking down the street, I noticed plaques in the cobblestones outside several of the homes and so stopped to look at them. It was quite sobering. The plaques had the names of the people who had lived in the homes and stated the date they were taken by the Nazi's during WWII.
Even more sobering, these cobblestone plaques are all over the town.
